Simple to use

- Use the + and - buttons to adjust the pace or speed, data changes immediately to reflect value set. The longer you hold the button the faster they will work.

Examples of use

Example 1 of use

- If you are used to running minute miles but your treadmill works on KMH, set your Mile pace and click back to the KMH tab to see the individual splits and KMH required. If you planned an 8k run you then scroll down to find the estimated time for 8k.

Example 2 of use

- You want to know how fast you need to run to per mile to run a 4 hour marathon? Use the mile pace tab and adjust the time up or down until the marathon time is around 4 hours. You then have you pace per mile at the top of the screen. You can then scroll down to see when you would get to various points like 10, 15 & 20 miles.

Example 3 of use

- You just want to know how long a run will take you. Set the desired speed or pace and scroll down to the distance you plan to run.
